    The enterprise "Teplopribor" produces high quality goods. Their quality is guaranteed by in-process inspection, selective inspection and acceptance sampling of products and their conformity to the requirements of the design documentation, observance of production process.
    To this effect there are all the necessary subdivisions and departments in the structure of the enterprise: Information-Technical Center (consisting of the department of state control, the department of pilot production), the center of metrology and tests, quality control and other technical and industrial subdivisions of the enterprise.
    At all stages of production the quality inspection is carried out by the technical inspection, which is an independent structural division of the enterprise.
   The requirements of the technical inspection concerning quality of production are obligatory for the heads of all the services and departments of the enterprise. 
    Metrology providing of production at the enterprise is carried out according to the law of the Russian Federation "About providing of unity of measurements" and the rules and regulations connected with this law. The organizing basis of metrological providing is the center of metrology and tests. It has 27 912 units of means of measurement.
    During the process of production of goods the experts of the laboratory of non-failure control check quality of welded connections by radiating, ultrasonic, capillary and luminescent methods, and by leak detectors.
   Our products pass technological operating time (test running) under vibration and temperature action in test laboratory.
   Selective control of all types of the produced devices and instruments is carried out annually during periodic tests and check tests by the experts of the centre of metrology and tests of the enterprise "Teplopribor" with participation of the representatives of the Rostehnadzor organization and the customer.
    The functional parameters of the produced goods are checked. The degree of protection of devices from penetration of water or dust is determined.
    During tests the production is checked in special chambers for action of climatic factors (high and low temperature, moisture resistance) and on special stands for action of mechanical factors (vibration resistance, vibration strength, shock resistance).
    In order to meet high quality standards the enterprise has organized acceptance test of its products by the Sea Register of Navigation of Russian Federation, Federal service on ecological, technological and nuclear supervision of Russian Federation. Control of development and acceptance test of produced and repaired production is carried out by the representative of the customer. In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation branch ПЗ carries out quality control and acceptance tests of the production which is included in the State order and produced for export for the Ministry of nuclear power of Russia, the Federal Agency of the government communications and information of Russia, the Frontier guards of the Federal Security Service of Russia, the Federal Guard Service of Russia, the Intelligence service of Russia, the State Technical Commission of the President of the Russian Federation, the Chief Department of strategic programming of the President of the Russian Federation, one of the chief building organizations of the Russian Federation - Spezstroy of Russia.
    The factory has successfully passed the system of certification of the Ministry  of Defense "Oboronsertifica" and has received the certificate of conformity of its production to the International Standards ISO 9001-2001.
    Among the awards received by the enterprise "Teplopribor" for last five years the most significant are the following:
- the Prize "100 best goods of Russia" was given for the following devices: in 2000 – for buoy measuring converter of level "Sapphire – 22ДУ", in 2002 – for converter of pressure "Sapphire – 22P", in 2004 – for ultrasonic indicator  УЗС 107-210 and ultrasonic regulator (controller) of level УЗР-1.
- Silver medals of the Moscow International Exhibition of Innovations and Investments were given for the converter of pressure "Sapphire – 22P" in 2003 and for ultrasonic regulator of a level УЗР-1 in 2004.
- Silver Quality Symbols  “All-Russia Brand (III Millennium). Quality Symbol of the XXI century" were given for ultrasonic indicator УЗС 107÷210, ultrasonic regulator of level УЗС-1 and ultrasonic gas meter "Goboy-1" in 2004.
- Small Gold Medal in competition "Gold medal" of the Siberian fair" was given for ultrasonic indicator of level УЗС-107÷210 in 2005.
